Customer Operations Analyst Houston, TX

Aegis Chemical Solutions is searching for an experienced, approachable, action-oriented Customer Operations Analyst at our Corporate (Houston) office, located 5 minutes away from Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH).

The Customer Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the Aegis corporate drilling and stimulation sales team by coordinating supply chain of Customer orders.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Support for Sales to resolve Customer requests received via all media according to agreed service levels
• Serves as single point of contact for Customer’s back office
• Directly engages with the Customer’s CSR or Customer Operations Analyst and receives their order
• Input Customer’s order
• Checks inventory for product availability, delivery scheduling, price verification, and trouble shooting
• Maintain and improve Customer service and satisfaction by building relationships with vendors
• Work as a liaison between the Customer, sales, product management, logistics, and other Corporate personnel
• Organize transportation to get the product to the Customer
• Follow up with all required individuals from order input process, including but not limited to manufacturers, transportation, labeling, and packaging specifications, etc.
• Ensure accuracy of documentation concerning all communication through various supply chain functions throughout the life of the order
• Take ownership of the resolution of complex Customer inquiries and complaints regarding product
• Provides quick resolution service for any issues related to a Customer’s order
• Proactively keeps designated members of Sales informed throughout the resolution process
• Immediately escalate any operational process issue, (regarding services and processes) that cannot be resolved, or could potentially cause issues for a large number of Customers to Sales Manager, Drilling & Completion, or Sales Manager, Drilling & Stimulation

Only those with 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role within the production chemical industry, in the role of Customer Service Rep, Supply Chain Rep, or similar experience with related Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration will be considered. Any experience with SAP is a huge plus.

Rotational CLO2 Technicians Lubbock//Amarillo//Abilene//San Antonio, TX

Aegis Chemical Solutions is searching for full-time rotational CLO2 Technicians for our well servicing operations in and around Hobbs, NM, and W. TX. Technician duties includes proper mixing of chemicals, testing of precursor chemicals and final product, sample collection, generator operation and maintenance, and surface and subsurface application of chlorine dioxide solution.

We are seeking a rotational team of individuals from outside areas, that would be interested in doing a 20 days on/10 days off rotational schedule (give or take a day) in this area.  All rotational employees will be provided lodging and per diem of $35/day ($26.25 on travel days from home to the site and from the site back home).  Starting hourly rate of pay for this non-exempt position is $14/hour, plus OT.  Drive time there and back is paid, up to 8 hours total.

No experience is necessary.  Production chemical//water treatment industry experience, steady work history, and//or a military background is a huge plus.

QUALIFICATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Driving record that is acceptable to Aegis’ standards

• Ability to solve simple to moderate math problems including multiplication and division

• Ability to work in in climate weather, long hours and lift at least 50 pounds repeatedly

• Ability to work overtime and various schedules as needed with occasional overnight travel

• Ability to work safely and follow safe and compliant chemical hauling practices

• Other duties as required

Production Chemical Treater Truck Driver Abilene, TX

Aegis Chemical Solutions is searching for a Chemical Treater Truck Driversfor well servicing operations in our Abilene, TX operating region. Previous Chemical Treater Truck Driving experience is a must.

Account Representative Carlsbad, NM

Aegis Chemical Solutions is searching for an accountable, approachable, action-oriented Account Representative for production chemical operations in the Carlsbad, NM area.

The Account Representative will primarily be responsible for assisting their assigned Account Manager with sales and services activities associated with customers, including recurring orders, samples, and monthly reporting for their assigned geographical area and customer. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Obtaining field samples for laboratory analysis;
  • Performs field analysis of samples within parameters set forth by Aegis’ Operations team;
  • Assists Account Managers in providing chemical and mechanical solutions to the Customer, while assisting them in lowering their lifting cost;
  • Creates monthly reports capturing cost, lab analysis, failures, etc.
  • Attends and participates in Customer meetings, to exchange information and report performance;
  • Troubleshoots production chemical-related problems should they be encountered on the Customer’s site;
  • Assists with a Total System Analysis (chemical survey) on existing or potential Customers
  • Manages Customer chemical inventory in coordination with regional Aegis Operations team;
  • Maintains continuous injection rates at optimum level and;
  • Focuses on accomplishing goals in a team environment with an emphasis on safety and cooperative communication across all other functional departments.

One or more years of production chemical industry experience is required. A two or four-year college degree is preferred, but we will consider related career experience in lieu of. This position requires the ability and desire to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions and terrains (90% of working time). Daily physical demands of this position include, but are not limited to, sitting, standing, bending, climbing, agility, reaching, trunk movements, lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling, low level work, dexterity of hands and fingers, seeing, hearing, and talking.
