Customer Operations Analyst Houston, TX

Aegis Chemical Solutions is searching for an experienced, approachable, action-oriented Customer Operations Analyst at our Corporate (Houston) office, located in the Greenspoint area. The Customer Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the Aegis sales team by coordinating supply chain of Customer orders.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Support for Sales to resolve Customer requests received via all media according to agreed service levels
• Serves as single point of contact for Customer’s back office
• Directly engages with the Customer’s CSR or Customer Operations Analyst and receives their order
• Input Customer’s order
• Checks inventory for product availability, delivery scheduling, price verification, and trouble shooting
• Maintain and improve Customer service and satisfaction by building relationships with vendors
• Work as a liaison between the Customer, sales, product management, logistics, and other Corporate personnel
• Organize transportation to get the product to the Customer
• Follow up with all required individuals from order input process, including but not limited to manufacturers, transportation, labeling, and packaging specifications, etc.
• Ensure accuracy of documentation concerning all communication through various supply chain functions throughout the life of the order
• Take ownership of the resolution of complex Customer inquiries and complaints regarding product
• Provides quick resolution service for any issues related to a Customer’s order
• Proactively keeps designated members of Sales informed throughout the resolution process
• Immediately escalate any operational process issue, (regarding services and processes) that cannot be resolved, or could potentially cause issues for a large number of Customers to Sales Manager, Drilling & Completion, or Sales Manager, Drilling & Stimulation

Qualified applications will have strong attention to detail; be highly organized, and deadline-driven; skilled in the development of alternative plans to ensure satisfactory delivery of supplies, material, and equipment in accordance with contract terms; have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; have the ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality with exposure to sensitive matters; have the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees; possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral; ability to manage concurrent tasks at a detailed level; strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize and; have exceptional problem-solving skills.

Only those with 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role within the production chemical industry, in the role of Customer Service Rep, Supply Chain Rep, or similar experience with related Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration will be considered. Any experience with SAP is a huge plus.

Cl02 Operator Alva, OK

We are searching for Cl02 Operators for well servicing operations in Midland and the Permian Basin. Previous Chemical Operator Driving experience is required as is CDL Class A TX Driver’s License with HAZMAT endorsement. All applicants MUST have a clean driving record.

Operator duties includes proper mixing of chemicals, testing of precursor chemicals and final product, sample collection, generator operation and maintenance, and surface and subsurface application of Cl02 solution.

QUALIFICATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Class A CDL with HAZMAT or the ability to get the HAZMAT endorsement within 60 days
• Acceptable driving record
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English
• Ability to solve simple to moderate math problems including multiplication and division
• Ability to work in in climate weather, long hours and lift at least 50 pounds repeatedly
• Stable work history
• Ability to work overtime and various schedules as needed with occasional overnight travel
• Ability to work safely and follow safe practices including chemical handling
• Other duties as required
